COMPLETE INVESTMENT PROPERTY RENOVATION
A dated unit transformed from tear-out through final details, including flooring, paint, refinished cabinetry, fixtures, bathroom tile, trim and plumbing repairs.

BACKYARD LANDSCAPING, GAZEBO & RV PARKING
This backyard project brought together grading, retaining-wall work, concrete and landscaping, with a gazebo area and RV parking. The finished photo shows how those individual improvements fit into the wider outdoor space.

TOWNHOME FENCING & XERISCAPING
A shared townhome boundary received modern fencing and low-maintenance xeriscaping, alongside excavation and concrete preparation. The finished photo highlights the fence line and the landscaped strip beside it.
PROJECT SPOTLIGHT 01 • REMODELING
Brigham City Investment Property Renovation
The first completed unit in this eight-unit renovation received new flooring, interior paint, refinished cabinets and updated fixtures throughout.
THE TRANSFORMATION
The renovation covered the kitchen, bathroom and living spaces. Cabinet refinishing, updated fixtures and new finishes were combined with railing, trim and plumbing repairs.
The kitchen sequence shows the original room, work on the cabinets and the finished space. The bathroom photos show its earlier condition and updated appearance. Interior progress and finished-detail photos are taken from different viewpoints, rather than an exact same-angle comparison.
